Objective(s)
SUMMARY: Several readers have pointed out that the conclusion of the Medical Letter article on repaglinide (vol. 40, page 56, May 22, 1998) can be interpreted to mean that the drug does not cause hypoglycemia. The incidence of hypoglycemia has been only slightly lower with repaglinide than with sulfonylureas.
